The School of Innovation and Management (SoIM) was established in 2022 to provide high-quality management education to women through its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes. This institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

SoIM draws from the 25-year legacy of the G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (GNITS), which is known as the leading technology education institute in Telangana and offers STEM programmes for women. SoIM and GNITS are both managed by the G. Pulla Reddy Charities Trust.
