SoIM's campus is designed to support both academic rigor and personal well-being. Key facilities include cutting-edge digital labs for business analytics and financial services training, a reliable transport system with monitored buses connecting to major city hubs, indoor and outdoor sports spaces, secure and comfortable hostel accommodation, a large auditorium for cultural events and expert talks, and a well-stocked library with access to academic journals, databases, case studies, and MOOCs.

SoIM's placement program goes beyond traditional recruitment by building on the 25-year legacy of its parent institution GNITS, which partners with industry giants like Amazon, TCS, Deloitte, Capgemini, Wells Fargo, and Microsoft. The program aligns career opportunities with individual aspirations, offers MoUs for capstone projects with industry leaders, and includes financial literacy training to prepare students for both professional success and financial independence.

SoIM nurtures leadership through a combination of experiential learning and student-led initiatives. The curriculum emphasizes critical thinking and corporate collaborations, while eight dedicated student clubs provide real leadership opportunities — from organizing events to running club operations as President and Vice President. Faculty with real-world industry experience mentor students, and the institution's focus on interdisciplinary learning ensures graduates develop the confidence and skills to lead in dynamic business environments.

SoIM offers multiple corporate exposure avenues: the Corporate Connection Council club builds industry networks through meetups and events; capstone projects done in partnership with industry leaders give students hands-on experience solving real business challenges; Global Immersion programs provide international exposure through industry visits and interactions with global business leaders; and dedicated financial literacy and industry exposure sessions keep students connected to professional environments.

SoIM hosts eight vibrant student clubs that serve as hubs for learning, networking, and leadership: Corporate Connection Council for industry networking; Hawk Eye Club for analytical thinking and market insights; Financial Frontiers for investment strategies and financial modeling; Sustainability and Social Impact Consortium for environmental and social initiatives; Emerging Technologies Think Tank for AI, blockchain, and IoT exploration; Strategic and Research Club for academic research and case studies; Global Synergy Club for cross-cultural and international perspectives; and Entrepreneurship Exchange Club for startup ideation and business development.
