Mrs G. Srividya Reddy is a visionary leader with exceptional insight, extensive knowledge, grounded humility, and compassion. As the granddaughter of the late Sri. G. Pulla Reddy and daughter of Sri G. Raghava Reddy, a renowned philanthropist and educator, Mrs Srividya is committed to carrying forward her family's legacy and vision of empowering women through education and charitable work.

Currently serving as the Chairwoman of CII-IWN (Indian Women Network), Mrs Srividya is actively involved in promoting women's empowerment by participating in women-oriented associations. She is also the Vice-Chairman of various G. Pulla Reddy Educational Institutes, including GNITS (the G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science), and oversees the G Pulla Reddy Charities Trust, which has established over 10 educational institutes across southern India. .

Mrs Srividya's dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs has led her to establish an incubation and acceleration centre, "MiraiNxt Innoworks." This centre aims to mentor, fund, and invest in ideas and transform them into successful start-ups and commercial entities.
