Mrs G. Srividya Reddy is the granddaughter of the famous Late Sri. G. Pulla Reddy, a visionary of the highest order with extraordinary insight, extensive knowledge, grounded humility, and compassion. Mrs Srividya is the daughter of Sri G. Raghava Reddy, a well-known philanthropist and educator. Following the legacy and vision of her grandfather, Mrs Srividya is passionately committed to working towards the empowerment of women, not only through education but also by actively participating in women-oriented associations like CII-IWN. She currently serves as the vice-chairwoman of CII-IWM (Indian Women Network).

About Us

The School of Innovation and Management (SoIM) was established in 2022 to provide high-quality management education to women through its Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes. This institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

SoIM draws from the 25-year legacy of the G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (GNITS), which is known as the leading technology education institute in Telangana and offers STEM programmes for women. SoIM and GNITS are both managed by the G. Pulla Reddy Charities Trust.

The aim of SoIM is to create a robust and high-quality curriculum that will help students progress in their careers. The programmes are carefully designed to provide the right combination of management and other relevant disciplines that develop industry-specific skills. These unique provide students with a competitive edge in developing advanced technical and managerial skills for their present and future careers. SoIM also strives to instil an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset in students, creating an ecosystem that supports young women's entrepreneurial aspirations and helps turn their start-up dreams into reality.
